D.O.C. Trebbiano d’Abruzzo

Dalla vinificazione in bianco di sole uve Trebbiano d’Abruzzo con breve macerazione delle bucce a temperatura controllata e maturazione in botti d’acciaio. Colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini. Ha profumi intensi con note di fiori bianchi e gusto pieno fresco.

Made from 100% Trebbiano, this wine was briefl y maturated with the skins to add complexity and matured in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit. This is a Trebbiano with an intense nose and a fl avourful palate with complex minerality. It’s medium-bodied with a slightly creamy fi nish. The wine is incredibly versatile as a refreshing aperitivo or a natural partner for food. Regional pairings include fresh trout, oil-based or creambased pasta dishes.
